  What qualities will you
bring to the company?
 
  Describe your skills and your experience and match them to the skills and experience described in the job spec.
Give examples. You may also want to list traits such as loyalty, enthusiasm, commitment.

  Requires a straightforward answer accompanied by a brief explanation of the hierarchy of your current company.

  Stress your achievements and how these were accomplished under the guidance of your leadership and with the cooperation of the team.
Talk in a way that relates to the interviewer's needs.

  The interviewer wants to know about your goals and aspirations.
Don't talk just in terms of what you want, but of what you could offer.

  You need to select things that you have done well and are relevant to the job you have applied for.
