Receptionist/Administrator £17,000 - £18,000

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced receptionist/administrator to join our office at Trinity Street, London, SE1 1DB

Duties will include:

Greeting Clients at reception, Answering telephones, Setting up meeting rooms, Assisting the Project Coordinator in generating reports, General administration, Maintaining Petty Cash, Minute taking, Assisting Tutors with induction sesions for new clients and Data Input.

You will have a polite and pleasant manner when dealing with people over the telephone and face to face, be professionally presented along with being a self starter combined with good time management and organisationsl skills.

Experience in Microsoft Packages is a requirement with good Typing skills.

Recruitent Job Broker £24,000 - £26,000 (12 month contract)

A new vacancy has arisen for a recruitment job broker.  The post will be split between Red Kite Learning and Westminster Kingsway College working on the new Numeracy at Work (NAW) and add on projects.

 The successful candidate will be responsible for job placements as well as employment outcomes for both Red Kite Learning and Westminster Kingsway College.  The ability to engage employers as well as beneficiaries is essential along with experience of meeting high targets.  Working as a team, the recruitment job broker will be required to liaise with the IAG worker, Skills for Life Tutor and the project coordinator.  The post will involve a lot of outreach work as well as travel.

Recruitment Job Broker £24,000 - £26,000

You will join our current team of over 25 Employment Advisers promoting routes into work or training for disadvantaged groups.

This position within the charity reflects our commitment to supporting our clients employment aspirations.  You will source vacancies for both paid and volunteer work for our clients, by engaging with employers.  You will set up procedures to take and make referrals and liaise with our large team of outreach workers and partners to successfuly place our clients into work.  You will have experience of placing people into employment and preferably already have an existing network of key contacts.  The ability to work to targets is essential
