Red Kite Learning provides a wide range of advice, guidance and facilities to people who are looking to find employment, gain new vocational skills or return to learning.

Our services are free, confidential and are delivered from a range of locations to ensure as convenient access as possible for our clients. 

We specialise particularly in helping people back into employment who have been out of work for a long time or face other barriers such as a criminal record or a substance misuse problem.

Some programmes offer practical support like small grants to help people with clothing for interviews or equipment which may help them to quickly gain a job.

We can also help people achieve work-based qualifications, such as the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and Food Hygiene to help them gain specific skills employers are looking for.

We run weekly employment focused workshops - creating a CV, interview skills, disclosing criminal records to employers, how to successfully apply for jobs – which all of our clients can access.

We have fully equipped job search facilities and clients have access to the internet, stationery and newspapers as well as being able to get one-to-one help from our staff.
