Skills for Life ESOL/Literacy/Literacy Tutor
Salary £22,000 - £24,000 (pro-rata)

Sessional
A self starter peripatetic tutor based from Trinity Street is required to teach English, Literacy and Numeracy at Entry Level, Level 1 and Level 2 to people in the workplace. Working with people in the workplace, applicants will need the ability to engage and retain employed learners from a variety of backgrounds.
Candidates should have at least a Level 4 subject specialism or be working towards this. Experience of delivering City and Guilds and OCR qualifications would be an advantage. Excellent administration skills will also be needed.
Applicants need to be flexible as out of hours work will be required.

Employment, Training & Education (ETE) Adviser
Location: London Probation offices, Askew Road and Nottinghill Gate
Salary £20,500 - £24,600 pa depending on experience & qualifications
Reference: ETE 1
You will join our team of Employment, Training & Education (ETE) Advisors promoting routes into work or training for offenders. You will have experience in delivering advice and guidance to disadvantaged groups and will be able to demonstrate a flair for supporting individuals with poor self-esteem and limited skills.
You will ideally have some experience of the education and training environment including knowledge of entitlement to government funded training. Experience of outreach work with disadvantaged groups, particularly offenders would also be advantageous.
We welcome applications from individuals with the enthusiasm and drive to put new ideas into practice. Good IT, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
